The company started in 1988 – Celebrating our 21st year in the Catering Industry.
As the saying goes: "A Caterer is only as good as his last meal served", and we have been servicing this outstanding quality for the last 20 years.
In 1989 The Catering Lark became the Official Caterer at the Wanderers, servicing Corporate Suites (there are currently over 30 clients in this arena) as well as suites at all the major stadiums in the Gauteng area.
These stadiums include:
- Loftus Versveld
- Coca Cola Park (Ellis Park)
- Centurion (Supersport Park)
- Soccer City (FNB Stadium) |
The Company grew into commercial premises based in the Edenvale area, with a compliment of +-30 staff members.
The Catering Lark maintains a Fleet of vehicles and employ full time drivers to assist with deliveries.
The Catering Lark services an extensive corporate and private clientele, offering a FULL FUNCTION SERVICE (marquee hire, draping, décor, staff, etc.). Platters range from simple options such as our economic platter range (we deliver!) to full carvery buffets, silver service, cocktail functions, weddings, product launches, etc.
